About The Position

You will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost accounting. You will work closely with company leadership to provide financial insight, improve processes, and support business decisions. This position requires a hands-on accounting leader who can take ownership of the function, work independently, and bring strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience to the organization. This is a Temp-to-Perm position required to be fully On-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required or actively in progress
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a Controller, Comptroller, Finance Director, or similar leadership role
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Epicor, etc.)
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel

Nice To Haves

• CMA certification
• Experience implementing an ERP system or managing multi-entity consolidations
