About The Position
Guide and coordinate a team of production operators to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals. Organize workflow, materials, and line priorities; escalate issues promptly. Train and support team members, including new hires, and reinforce standard procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned to keep production moving.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting
- Clear English communication skills (for safety and coordination)
- Comfort working in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years in manufacturing
- Background as a lead, trainer, or informal team coordinator
- Familiarity with ERP or production tracking tools
- Experience in high-volume or shift-based operations
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) are a plus
