About The Position
We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing Associate to join our CNC workshop team. This role involves operating balancing equipment, inspecting parts, deburring, packing, and supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. 1st & 2nd shifts available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Comfortable using common measurement tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude & attention to detail.
- Ability to read & follow work instructions & basic drawings.
- Dependable work ethic with a commitment to quality & safety.
- Willingness to learn & adapt in a small-team environment.
Responsibilities
- Setup & operate dynamic balancing equipment for precision compressor rotors.
- Complete the associated production & inspection documentation.
- Deburr parts using rotary pneumatic tools.
- Conduct inspections of male and female components to verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Assist with cleaning, packing, & preparing parts for shipment.
- Maintain a clean & organized work area in compliance with safety & quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth workflow & minimize downtime.
- Participate in cross-training for other shop floor tasks as needed.
