About The Position

Temp Staff Pro is partnering with KPS Global to hire 20 Manufacturing Associates ASAP. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a pay range of $640-$1,017 per week. A job fair will be held on Monday, 04/27 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Staff Pro, 129 E Springbrook Dr, Johnson City.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic carpentry experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
• Assemble components or products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
