About The Position

Pan Glo is hiring a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate in Urbana, Ohio. The role operates heavy machinery in different departments on the facility floor and fulfills pan orders by completing assigned tasks quickly and accurately according to orders provided by the Shift Supervisor. The associate inspects pans for imperfections and reports problems to the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or Shift Lead. The position involves repetitive motion and physical activity, and requires wearing PPE in all areas. Requirements

High school diploma.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, material safety data sheets, operating and maintenance instructions, the company handbook, and procedure manuals.
Ability to read and follow instructions from the Shift Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
Ability to regularly stand, walk up and down steps, bend and twist at the waist, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; handle objects with the hands; bend at the elbow; reach overhead; lift from the floor; turn the head; look up and down; and push and pull.
Ability to occasionally lift 10–50 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive motion and use hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy machinery in different departments on the facility floor.
Fulfill pan orders by completing assigned tasks quickly and accurately according to orders provided by the Shift Supervisor.
Detect and inspect pans for imperfections.
Inform the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or Shift Lead of problems found with pans.
Wear all required PPE in all areas.
Complete other tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
