About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for the fabrication of Structural Insulated Panels using various hand tools. This role requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to quality standards, and problem-solving in challenging situations. The associate will also operate Hi-lo and overhead cranes and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic construction skills
• Able to read blue prints
• Able to read measurement tools
• Wood working/carpentry experience
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Skilled in using power and hand tools
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to stand, reach outward and above, bending frequently and walking
• Reliable attendance
• Effective communication with fellow team members
• Ability to adhere to and maintain quality standards

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
