• Other hands-on work requiring strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production, molding, and assembly work.
• Learn multiple manufacturing processes and work areas.
• Complete visual quality inspections throughout production.
• Clean and inspect lenses and other components.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Identify defects or quality concerns before products move forward.
• Move between work areas as production needs change.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Help teammates and keep production moving.
