Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or technical drawings.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift or OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials including aluminum, fabric, and glass.
• Operate hand and power tools to build product components.
• Install hardware and fittings for awnings, windows, and doors.
• Follow production schedules and work orders accurately.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Assist with loading and staging of materials for delivery or installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
