About The Position
Axiom Staffing Group is hiring for a manufacturing and distribution company on the southside of Jacksonville! Axiom Staffing is seeking career oriented assemblers to join their growing team! Previous Manufacturing experience is a must! We will look for previous manufacturing experience on your resume. This position requires tape measure experience and the ability to lift over 75 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous Manufacturing or Assembly experience required.
- Resume will be reviewed - followed by an Interview!
- TAPE MEASURE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- LIFTING over 75 lbs regularly throughout shift!
Responsibilities
- Report defective goods to the QA department promptly.
- Perform basic sanding on a wood lathe to ensure smooth finishes.
- Assemble parts using epoxy and super glue, ensuring strong and precise bonding.
- Load parts into CNC machinery, start cycles, and monitor performance.
- Perform turning and boring of parts using a manual lathe.
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
