About The Position

The Set-Up Operator prepares and adjusts downstream production equipment to meet work-order specifications. Equipment includes shears, roll winders, the Menzel, silicone applicators, Corona treaters, and Maxson sheeters. The operator sets blade widths, sheet lengths, corona settings, belt speed, air pressure, and tension to produce accurate, consistent product while minimizing startup scrap. No minimum experience is required; related manufacturing or machine-operation experience is preferred. This position works 2nd shift, 3pm–11pm, with a $0.75 shift differential. Compensation is $21.00–$26.00 per hour.
