Grimco is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Level 1: Material Handler for their night shift operations. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations and elevating manufacturing processes. This position offers a shift differential and extra pay for the night shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory — training can be provided

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding and/or tumbling equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift
• Operate forklifts to move materials
• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Support Warehouse team as needed
