Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (HSE preferred)
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role; warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus
Ability to lift and move up to 50–75 lbs. periodically
Proficiency with electric pallet jacks and forklifts
Ability to work in varying environments (including cold)
Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and shift priorities quickly
Comfortable with repetitive movements and standing/walking for long periods
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
Weigh, measure, and inspect raw materials according to work orders
Load, unload, and move crates, boxes, and materials within the plant, yard, or work site
Sort, check, and distribute kits and components to production lines with accuracy
Load/unload trailers between the main site and off-site distribution center
Verify and sign for inbound freight from suppliers; clean and label materials
Use hand tools to open containers and assist operators/inspectors
Operate elevators and other equipment to assist product movement
Follow SOPs, GMPs, OSHA, and safety/security/environment guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
