Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (HSE preferred)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role; warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50–75 lbs. periodically
  • Proficiency with electric pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Ability to work in varying environments (including cold)
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and shift priorities quickly
  • Comfortable with repetitive movements and standing/walking for long periods
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
  • Weigh, measure, and inspect raw materials according to work orders
  • Load, unload, and move crates, boxes, and materials within the plant, yard, or work site
  • Sort, check, and distribute kits and components to production lines with accuracy
  • Load/unload trailers between the main site and off-site distribution center
  • Verify and sign for inbound freight from suppliers; clean and label materials
  • Use hand tools to open containers and assist operators/inspectors
  • Operate elevators and other equipment to assist product movement
  • Follow SOPs, GMPs, OSHA, and safety/security/environment guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
