About The Position
Cranial Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing/Assembly/Warehouse Team Member to join their team in Tempe, AZ. This role is integral to the fabrication process of the DOC Band®, a custom-made cranial orthotic product for babies. Depending on the specific position, team members may work in HAAS Milling Operation, Vacuum Forming, Finishing, or Shipping departments. The company emphasizes a dynamic and passionate team environment, with a focus on learning and collaboration. The work environment is described as invigorating and clean, with air conditioning. The company is the world leader in researching and treating plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) and has successfully treated over 500,000 babies. The DOC Band® is the first FDA-approved headband for correcting cranial asymmetry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a full-time position
