About The Position

Semblex Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Manufacturing Apprentices. This program is designed for unskilled yet highly motivated individuals who desire to learn a trade and establish a career. Apprentices will begin by completing "Semblex University," where classroom and hands-on skills are taught by dedicated instructors and mentors. As skills grow, so will challenges, responsibilities, and compensation. Upon completion, the Apprentice will become a fully established skilled machine operator with equipment and production responsibilities, contributing to Semblex's mission of providing cold-formed products for leading manufacturers.

Requirements

Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with tools and machinery, able to follow technical instructions, and enjoy hands-on problem solving.
High School Graduate: Diploma or equivalent.
Second Shift: Required to work the first shift during the training period and demonstrate the ability to operate the machine independently, transitioning to the second shift upon successful completion of training.
English Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Reliable and Punctual: Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial.
Eager Learner: Excited about the opportunity to gain new skills and grow career.
Team Player: Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment.
Attention to Detail: Takes pride in work and is committed to doing things right.

Responsibilities

Get hands-on experience with a variety of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Assist experienced professionals with machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
Follow safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
