About The Position

DPP is seeking a Manufacturing Analyst / Admin for our client in the Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing industry. This role will support the client's Tooling Organization Department in production, business, and other processes within a team-based manufacturing environment. The position involves activities in cross-functional areas such as production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The role may also involve facilitating self-directed work teams, providing training, and interacting with external customers on product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
  • Relevant administrative/scheduling experience.
  • Experience in a team environment producing support to a diverse customer base with a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience managing competing demands while still meeting critical deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas), and Outlook with calendar functionality.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and step forward for projects.
  • Skilled with high attention to detail.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
  • US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing in an aerospace or industrial field.
  • Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES, Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities
