About The Position

DPP is seeking a Manufacturing Analyst / Admin for our client in the Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing industry. This role will support the client's Tooling Organization Department in production, business, and other processes within a team-based manufacturing environment. The position involves activities in cross-functional areas such as production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The role may also involve facilitating self-directed work teams, providing training, and interacting with external customers on product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Requirements

Experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
Relevant administrative/scheduling experience.
Experience in a team environment producing support to a diverse customer base with a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Experience managing competing demands while still meeting critical deadlines.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas), and Outlook with calendar functionality.
Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and step forward for projects.
Skilled with high attention to detail.
Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
US Citizen

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
Experience supporting manufacturing in an aerospace or industrial field.
Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES, Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities
