The accounting coordinator will record the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets. Analyzes asset requests and CAPEX Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure proper classification as a capital asset, and completes monthly quarterly, and yearly reconciliations. The accounting coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing analysis of standard costs, costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities. This position must also construct and monitor those cost-effective analyses and reports to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management. This position will work as part of a team to manage and support daily Treasury operations, including completing daily high-level banking functions, supporting debt, forecasting cash flows, and assisting with banking transactions. The accounting coordinator will prepare accruals for expenses and assist in the analysis of key expenses by identifying KPIs (Key performance indicators). Assist with monthly closing and financial audits, assist in developing budgets and updating financial forecasts.
