Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of manual machining experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and material properties
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job travelers
- Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Verify finished parts meet tight tolerance and quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make machine adjustments as needed
