About The Position

Machine precision components used to repair industrial pumps and rotating equipment in Tencarva’s OEM-authorized repair facility. This is a manual machining position, not CNC production work. Work varies by job and calls for precision, problem solving, and craftsmanship. Tencarva is a distributor, engineering and design partner, and authorized repair center in the process equipment and flow control market. Founded in 1978, with roots dating back to 1926, it has 38 locations across 16 states and serves more than 17,000 active customers in industrial and municipal water and wastewater markets. Services include system analysis and design, applications engineering, custom equipment-package fabrication, automation and controls, equipment repair, and thermal hard coatings. The position is shop-based on a day shift, Monday through Friday. The posting describes realistic workloads in a local-shop, family-oriented culture and offers incentive programs, profit sharing, paid time off and holidays, and insurance benefits.
