About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Manual / CNC Machinist to operate horizontal and vertical milling/boring machines and lathes in a manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for machining parts from castings, bar stock, and other materials. The position is located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and is on the first shift. Pay is negotiable based on previous experience and skills. Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous machining experience in manual and/or CNC environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to set up and operate manual machine tools independently.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of shop math, trigonometry, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiarity with CNC machining, including G- and M-code editing.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
