About The Position
Manual Machinist (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Pasadena, TX 77507 Pay: $28+ DOE Shift: 7am-4pm M-F, O-T as needed (40-70 hrs/ week) Candidate should have experience with: VTL Manual Lathe Drill Press Bridgeport Knee Mill Horizontal Boring Mill (48x30" BT 50 Holder) Experience with compressor component repairs and overhauls a plus Must be able to create own set up Must be able to work in metric Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Proficient in the use of measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Have own tools a plus but not required Background check and drug screen required Pay: Starting at $28/ hour DOE
