About The Position

We are looking for experienced death care professionals to join our coaching
team (funeral directors or owners). The ideal candidate has familiarity within
the funeral services industry either from an ownership or general management
experience. Coaches mentor and guide business owners and managers by providing
expert advice related to business ownership challenges, ultimately helping them
grow and succeed. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about
helping businesses build a more sustainable future.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of coaching experience
• Ability to drive member engagement and outcomes by leveraging technology
• Passionate about small business ownership and coaching techniques
• Prior experience as an owner or general manager in death care services industry

Responsibilities

• Provide members with personalized, data-driven coaching that helps them move towards their goals
• Help members build high-performing business and teams by giving members the tools and support they need to thrive in all aspects of their ownership journey
• Share and create educational content to support member growth
