Title: Manhattan Active WMS Duration: Through 12/31/2027 Location: Onsite at client location in Waukegan, IL

Requirements

Experience with Manhattan WMS, with extensive hands-on expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (required).
Proven experience leading onsite and offshore teams, including resource planning, delivery management, and stakeholder communication.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and labor management processes.
Experience with WMS implementations, system integrations, upgrades, and production support within large-scale distribution environments.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence business and technology teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of Manhattan Active WMS across warehouse operations.
Serve as the primary onsite functional and technical leader, providing guidance for system configuration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and mentor offshore support and development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and effective collaboration.
Partner with operations, supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate warehouse requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
Drive testing, deployment, training, and production support activities while ensuring system stability, performance, and operational excellence.
