Requirements
- Active bar admission in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Fluency in Mandarin, with successful completion of a language assessment.
- Ability to commit fully and exclusively to the project (no concurrent roles).
- Willingness to work onsite in Seattle, Houston, or Dallas.
- Successful completion of background and conflicts checks.
Responsibilities
- Perform first-level document review.
- Utilize language expertise and legal precision for high-impact matters.
- Commit fully and exclusively to the project.
