The Ward Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner for each of our markets, to spearhead the continued development and leadership of a team of financial representatives. As a Managing Partner at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members' financial needs, exemplifying leadership in the community, and spearheading the growth of the local office. Your dedication extends to recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team. Requirements
- Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification)
- Strong desire to lead and foster a team
- Willingness to obtain necessary industry licenses quickly
- Life License
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) License + Series 6/63/26 or Series 7/63/24
