About The Position

Manifest Law is a rapidly growing, AI-native corporate immigration firm seeking experienced attorneys to lead pods focused on extraordinary-ability and high-skilled immigration matters. The firm utilizes technology (Manifest OS) to handle operational tasks, allowing attorneys to focus on strategy, judgment, and client relationships. This model combines the scale of a large firm with the client service of a boutique, offering attorneys ownership, a sustainable pace, and a role in shaping a modern immigration practice.

Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
• 10+ years of experience with deep expertise in extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A), and broader business immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM).
• Demonstrated mastery sufficient to set quality bars and coach others, even without carrying an independent caseload.
• A track record of leading and growing attorneys, including managing people and being measured on team outcomes.
• Strong judgment on case strategy and quality, with the ability to review work, identify weaknesses, and guide attorneys on improvements.
• Comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment with accountability for pod throughput and quality.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and technology as performance multipliers and encouraging pod members to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod, owning its production and personnel across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled matters (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A).
• Serve as second-chair for senior-level case review before filing, setting quality standards for the pod.
• Develop and coach consulting and production attorneys within the pod, setting standards, reviewing complex cases, and fostering professional growth.
• Be accountable for the pod's overall quality and output as a single unit.
• Retain and motivate talent to ensure attorney growth and job satisfaction.
• Set the pace and model Manifest's values, promoting technology, speed, and innovation within the pod.
• Partner with firm leadership to grow the Manifest brand, align the pod with firm culture, and collaborate with the talent team on referrals and networking.
