About The Position

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead strategic operations, organizational growth, and business execution across the company. The Managing Director will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving company-wide performance, operational excellence, strategic growth, and cross-functional alignment. This remote leadership position requires a highly experienced executive who can effectively manage distributed teams, optimize business operations, and support the commercialization and scaling of innovative technologies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, decisive leader, and strong operator with experience leading high-growth organizations within technology, manufacturing, engineering, medical device, or advanced materials industries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of senior leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
Proven experience leading operations, business strategy, and organizational growth.
Strong background in manufacturing, technology, engineering, medical device, or industrial sectors.
Demonstrated success managing remote and cross-functional teams.
Excellent financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of the company's strategic vision and growth objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term business goals and operational priorities.

Provide leadership across operations, engineering, product development, finance, and business development teams.
Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to measure organizational success.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational effectiveness.

Lead organizational planning and resource allocation efforts.
Drive execution of company initiatives from concept through implementation.
Partner with finance leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

Build, mentor, and develop high-performing remote teams.
