About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position is designed for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now prepared to assume a leadership role, focusing on both individual growth and team development. As Managing Director, the primary responsibility will be to build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors aiming to enhance their practices. The role involves continuing personal client work, recruiting and mentoring other advisors, cultivating a high-performance culture, and contributing to the firm's future growth. The Managing Director will benefit from the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history, while retaining the autonomy to expand their practice and develop a leadership style aligned with their vision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
