Requirements

  • Significant middle market M&A and/or capital advisory experience
  • Established client relationships and a strong professional network
  • Proven track record of originating and closing transactions
  • 10+ years of investment banking experience with strong references
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • High integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts with a target of $3M+ in annual fee generation
  • Leverage and expand your network to generate deal flow aligned with firm strategy
  • Manage transactions end-to-end, from pitch through closing
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor
  • Translate complex financial concepts for senior stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
  • Represent the firm in the market and support broader strategic initiatives
