The Managing Director will be responsible for expanding the business practice, cultivating new clients, and increasing services to existing clients. This role involves coaching staff on business development strategies, potentially having direct profit responsibility for a specialty practice, and overseeing the ongoing planning, marketing, and business development of a specialized department. The Managing Director will also be responsible for ensuring the team or department meets budgeted goals, managing practice billing and timely collection of fees, and participating in various administrative aspects of managing the business unit. Establishing a team environment, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring quality control standards are met are also key aspects of this role. This position may be a member of the Senior Operations Management Team, with additional responsibilities as assigned.
