About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position is designed for an experienced advisor who has a history of building a successful personal practice and is prepared to transition into a leadership role. The Managing Director will focus on developing and leading a team of financial advisors, aiming to enhance their practices. While continuing to manage personal client relationships, the role involves recruiting and mentoring advisors, cultivating a high-performance environment, and contributing to the firm's strategic growth. The position offers the backing of a well-established firm with a long history, combined with the autonomy to develop one's practice and leadership approach.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
