About The Position

Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Managing Director, Technical and Environmental Services (TES) to oversee the TES Group at our Headquarters located in Millersville, MD. This position serves as a member of the MES executive management team, with responsibility for administration of Environmental Monitoring Water Quality, Environmental Management, Geospatial and Engineering and Field Operations and Maintenance services and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in business development and executive leadership
• Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and securing billable environmental, engineering, technical, or scientific service opportunities
• Building strategic partnerships with public and private sector environmental service organizations
• Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the administration of engineering, environmental, technical, or scientific services, particularly in stormwater management, Geographic Information Systems, and energy-related projects.
