This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, administration, and analytics of the firm’s annual incentive plans, equity-based compensation, and carried interest arrangements. The position blends strategic plan design with rigorous financial modeling, forecasting, and operational delivery, ensuring incentive programs are competitive, analytically sound, scalable, and aligned with long-term firm performance and investor outcomes. In this key leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's compensation philosophy and programs to drive employee engagement, performance, and retention. You will partner closely with senior leadership, HR, cross functional teams (Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Treasury etc.) and external vendors to develop, implement and administer innovative, business-oriented solutions with measurable outcomes that optimize our financial investment. Deliver a modern, compelling, and integrated incentive plans that drive performance and reward long-term value creation.
