About The Position

Infinity Constellation is seeking credentialed practitioners to lead new business units in professional services niches that have not yet been posted. The role may be titled Managing Director, General Manager, or Principal depending on the field. The leader will build and run an independent, high-margin business unit supported by Infinity’s technology platform and engineering, product, and back-office teams. The position is intended for a senior practitioner or an independent professional with a portable book of business or strong relationships, who can grow a practice while continuing to deliver and sign off on client work. The business-unit leader will focus on client relationships, professional judgment, quality, growth, and financial performance. Infinity’s platform and teams handle back-office and data-processing work, while engineering and product teams develop automation tailored to the practice. Leaders may hire supporting staff as business grows, with the goal of keeping teams lean. Where helpful, Infinity may pair leaders with a senior field advisor to support go-to-market efforts. A suitable practice is credential-gated, has regulatory or recurring demand, is sold B2B at meaningful contract values (clients spend more than $25,000 annually per engagement with outside vendors), and is not crowded with venture-backed competitors. Business units currently serve US clients only. Compensation includes a market base salary, uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue generated, and an equity grant in Infinity. Applicants are asked to submit a resume and a short pitch describing their discipline and credential, buyers and purchasing patterns, portable book of business, manual work that could be automated, and reasons for pursuing the opportunity. Infinity states that it will contact applicants whose niche and profile fit within two weeks.
