The Managing Director of Operations (MDO) is responsible for the leadership of organizational processes across Alpha Public Schools, ensuring efficient, effective, and scalable systems across multiple functional areas, including school enrollment & attendance, facilities management, compliance systems, and school technology. The MDO reports to the Chief Financial Officer, and works closely with the executive leadership team and school leadership teams to ensure the smooth operation of the school’s day-to-day activities. This role focuses on improving operational systems, managing resources, overseeing facilities and technology, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery to support the school’s academic and organizational goals.
