The Managing Director, SLC Compensation responsible for developing and managing compensation programs that support the business objectives of line of business compensation within SLC. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, SLC Management, you will lead a small but mighty team that partners with business and HR Leaders, and leverages data and analytics, to design, implement and manage compensation strategies and programs that produce measurable outcomes. Deliver a modern, compelling, and integrated compensation plans that drive performance and reward long-term value creation. In this key leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's compensation philosophy and programs to drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
