About The Position

You will be dedicated to one of our premiere clients and will work as an integral part of their team. You will play a vital role in ensuring proper oversight of private equity funds, particularly US private wealth products. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic global team and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

Requirements

Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and are a CPA or active CPA candidate.
Bring 7+ years of SEC reporting, private markets fund accounting, controlling or audit experience, with private credit exposure as a plus.
Possess strong US GAAP knowledge and private markets expertise.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, communication, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced global environment with many stakeholders.
Show high initiative, urgency, and passion for contributing to a leading private markets firm’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities

Review and approve NAVs and financial statements by validating performance, controls, and portfolio movements prepared by external providers.
Operate and enhance firm‑wide private markets models and systems to support accurate reporting.
Ensure SEC filings and regulatory reports are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
Coordinate with third‑party service providers—auditors, administrators, custodians—by managing workflows and reviewing their deliverables.
Act as a product expert and drive collaboration, process improvements, and successful external audits across the organization.
