Guidehouse's State and Local Government practice serves clients in the areas of business design, organizational strategy, program strategy and implementation, market analysis, financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, change management, technology strategy and transformation, compliance monitoring, program management, and reporting. The role involves guiding project delivery teams, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, mentoring junior staff, driving business development, and building strong client relationships. The goal is to translate strategy into actionable and sustainable solutions for state and local government clients.
