TeamDynamix is seeking a highly technical, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused Managing Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, you will partner directly with customers to design and implement technical solutions, build integrations between TeamDynamix and client systems, and help solve complex business challenges through automation and technology. About the Role Partner directly with customers to provide technical expertise and help resolve complex implementation and integration challenges. Design, build, configure, and maintain integrations between TeamDynamix solutions and client systems. Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and solve business problems. Gather and document technical requirements, working closely with customers to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and drive timely resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize disruption. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance to other members of the Professional Services team. Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services leadership to influence the strategic direction and roadmap of the division. Partner closely with Sales to improve solution scoping and help create more accurate Statements of Work (SOWs). Recommend and implement process improvements that maximize team resources and operational effectiveness. Deliver high-quality consulting services and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers. Provide regular project updates and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
