About The Position

We are seeking a Managing Consultant / Program Manager to lead high-impact, interrelated projects to achieve strategic business goals for company clients. In this role, you’ll lead a portfolio of projects from strategy through execution—guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets and risks, and delivering measurable results. Requirements

5+ years of experience in management, project management, or specialized consulting (or equivalent education/experience).
Deep knowledge of portfolio/program management (PMO), strategic planning, risk management, and organizational development.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business data (financials, workforce reports) to recommend process improvements and organizational change.
Direct multiple projects to achieve long-term strategic goals.
Present solutions and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
Identify and resolve risks and dependencies; allocate resources efficiently.
Champion change management and train client teams on new processes.
