About The Position

As a Manages Services - Oracle Cloud EPM Manager, you will lead efforts to optimize clients’ operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support. Within the Technology Consulting practice, you will oversee large-scale Oracle implementation projects and coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle solutions. You will work with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and address risks. You will motivate, develop, and inspire team members to deliver quality outcomes, coach them to use their strengths, and mentor junior staff while fostering continuous improvement and innovation. You will identify opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success, lead with integrity and authenticity, and encourage the use of technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You will own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, and uphold professional and technical standards and the firm’s code of conduct.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

A Master's or Master of Business Administration degree.
Proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Experience using Oracle Business Process Management for project delivery.
Expertise in Benefits Realization Management and Business Case Development.
Experience leading cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing complex project portfolios through strategic planning and execution.
A commitment to continuous process improvement and innovation in technology.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects and coordinate resources and stakeholders for successful delivery.
Develop project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation, aligned with client objectives.
Oversee the integration and utilization of Oracle solutions to optimize clients’ operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define project objectives and monitor progress.
Mitigate risks and address conflicts through constructive conversations with clients and team members.
Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance.
Use analytical skills to identify system interactions and improve project outcomes.
Promote continuous process improvement and adoption of innovative technologies within project teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and deliver quality results.
Validate compliance with professional and technical standards and uphold the firm’s code of conduct.
Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
