About The Position

As a Manages Services - Oracle Cloud EPM Manager in PwC’s Technology Consulting practice, you will lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects and help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support. You will manage large-scale and potentially complex project portfolios, coordinating projects, resources, stakeholders, business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver successful Oracle solutions. You will define project objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, monitor progress, and address risks. You will take ownership of project planning, execution, and completion, while coaching and mentoring junior staff and other team members. The role calls for leadership that motivates and develops others, encourages continuous improvement and innovation, and upholds professional and technical standards and the firm’s code of conduct. Travel requirements are up to 40%.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

A Master's or Master of Business Administration degree.
Proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Experience utilizing Oracle Business Process Management for enhanced project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects and coordinate resources and stakeholders for successful delivery.
Develop project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation, aligned with client objectives.
Oversee the integration and use of Oracle solutions to optimize clients’ operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define objectives and monitor project progress.
Mitigate risks and address conflicts through constructive conversations with clients and team members.
Coach and mentor team members, helping them leverage their strengths and improve performance.
Use analytical skills to identify system interactions and improve project outcomes.
Promote continuous process improvement and adoption of innovative technologies within project teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and deliver quality results.
Validate compliance with professional and technical standards and uphold the firm’s code of conduct.
Plan, budget, execute, and complete projects successfully.
