The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the center is run according to the required K1 standards. The Manager holds their Salaried and Hourly Staff accountable, coaching and developing them to be ready for the next level. This role oversees the day-to-day operations within the policies and guidelines set forth by K1 Speed, identifies opportunities for improvement, and creates action plans to increase performance levels. The Manager ensures proper staffing, maintains inventory, oversees food and labor costs, and ensures adherence to guidelines for private party events and catering. They also ensure all cash handling procedures are followed, promote positive social media engagement, and foster an exceptional guest experience by ensuring team members treat guests the K1-Way. The Manager responds to customer service needs within 24 hours, maintains vendor relationships, and ensures a safe working and guest environment. They represent the K1 image at company and community events and ensure their team engages in preventative maintenance, daily cleaning, and repairs. The Manager practices the K1 Speed open door policy and ensures their team develops employees for promotional opportunities.
