Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for optimal stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
