Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills (scheduling, reporting, POS systems)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment
- ServSafe or food safety certification
- Proven success leading teams to hit sales and operational goals
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Experience with inventory systems and POS platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead the floor with confidence and keep your team engaged, focused, and performing at a high level
- Deliver next-level guest experiences by resolving issues quickly and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure every order meets Wingstop’s quality, speed, and safety standards
- Own inventory management—track, order, and reduce waste to maximize efficiency and profit
- Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members to grow performance and confidence
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and shift reporting with accuracy and urgency
- Drive sales through smart execution, promotions, and upselling opportunities
