About The Position

Qik n EZ is seeking a dedicated retail Manager to support store operations, lead teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in developing people and driving results.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work across multiple locations.
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and a 4-panel drug test.
• Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
• Lead by example, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage and prioritize store tasks, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor deliveries.
• Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot reporting errors.
• Develop, post, and maintain accurate store schedules.
• Uphold all company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
