Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in upscale dining, cocktail lounges, or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop teams
- Deep understanding of service excellence, guest relations, and revenue management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
