About The Position
We are a Small Private Business: We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Leader to join our team! As a Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities include supervising others, merchandising, working the register, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience in a customer service and sales driven environment. This would be a Great opportunity for a current ASM to take the step to the next level.
Requirements
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register and current technology
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Previous retail experience
- Previous supervisory experience

Responsibilities
- Supervision of the part-time team.
- Greeting each customer with a conversation and help while they are shopping
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Work at a register to ring up customer sales.
- Take responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
- Drive sales by Understanding techniques and goals put in place by Mgmt.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to best help customers with their selections.
