Manager, Workforce Mental Health

Project Healthy MindsNew York, NY

About The Position

Project Healthy Minds is a mental health nonprofit that runs like a tech startup, aiming to make finding mental health services as easy as booking a flight or restaurant reservation by building the world's first digital marketplace for mental health services. They collaborate with influential leaders across various fields to address complex challenges with interdisciplinary solutions. The organization is backed by a strong Board of Directors and Advisory Council. The role of Manager, Workforce Mental Health is crucial for scaling Project Healthy Minds' (PHM) workforce mental health portfolio. This position will be the day-to-day operator for the Corporate Coalition, a research initiative focused on workforce mental health. The Manager will act as the connective tissue for employer programs, drive new initiatives, partners, programming, and ideas. This role reports to the Director of Advocacy and involves direct interaction with CHROs, hosting roundtables, drafting toolkits, advancing research, and representing PHM to ambitious employers. It offers a unique opportunity to build a significant workforce mental health initiative alongside leading CHROs, researchers, and a high-performing team.
