About The Position

Tooele Wellness Center is opening in August 2025! We are a new wellness business based in the Tooele City area with a passion for helping people feel their very best so they can be at the top of their game. We are looking for the right team member to be the champion operator of our start-up wellness business, link arms with the owners, and serve the Tooele County community with next-level health and biohacking for recovery. If you are passionate about cutting-edge wellness and healing this could be for you!

Requirements

• Passion for taking care of people.
• Passion for wellness and cutting-edge wellness recovery technologies and practices.
• Comfortable managing social media platforms.
• Skilled in managing a phone and making calls to professionals to introduce the business, gain referrals and create local relationships.
• Leadership skills: inspiring, managing, training, and supervising employees.
• Background in client or customer care.
• Comfortable with the daily rhythm of a people-facing role.
• Willingness to assist customers with equipment as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Understanding of the importance of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Demand for high quality, efficiency, and minimal waste.
• Ability to make the most of every moment on the job.
• Comfortable helping a diverse range of clients (elite athletes, seniors, high-school athletes, moms).
• Sales skills to support customers and business goals.
• Understanding of the power of real wellness.

Responsibilities

• General management of a wellness studio.
• Marketing lead generation using social media, paid advertising, outreach and business building.
• Creating powerfully engaging content and utilizing consumer social platforms (Insta, Meta, TikTok).
• Inbound and outbound appointment setting, marketing platform management and business building for partner and business-to-business referral networks.
• Brand management including Google reviews and other platform promotions.
• Running a safe and immaculately clean wellness studio.
• Efficiently running the studio for long-term success includes cost control, safety, cleanliness and maintenance management.
• Reporting regularly to owners.
