About The Position
The Manager, Value Creation Advisory leads day‑to‑day execution of value creation engagements, supporting clients in identifying and realizing value across transactions. The role manages teams, structures analyses, and delivers insights that support deal outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6–11 years of experience

- Experience serving private equity clients.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages value creation engagements across pre‑close diligence and post‑close execution.
- Structures analytical approaches for synergy, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Leads client working sessions and supports value realization planning.
- Oversees development of value creation deliverables and analytical models.
- Collaborates with deal, diligence, and functional advisory teams.
- Manages engagement execution, timelines, and team performance.
